Our successful business model is the final product of five decades in manufacturing Windows, Doors and Glass products combined with actual field experience and know how in all three of these industries.

Rather than being vulnerable to market swings, our business model doesn’t rely on any one product or specialize in a single service.

We have developed a vast range of proprietary repair services for residential and commercial applications. These repair services still offer the end user a considerable cost savings over outright replacements.

And of course, our offerings also include service, replacements and installs to meet the requirements of the client and the job in question.

Most of the windows in our 15 year old house were in poor condition, difficult or impossible to open or close. We were going to have them replaced but instead contracted with Ray and his staff at ProStar Doors. They replaced some of the glass and all of the hardware and brought all of them back to like new condition for a fraction of the cost. ProStar Doors was a total pleasure to work with.

We had a break in around 6AM yesterday and they completely damaged our front door. We called ProStar Doors and they were able to make an appointment for the following morning. We were able to connect to a receptionist immediately, there was no hold time when we called, and she was able to get everything set up and walked us through the entire process. The technician came on time and was very polite. He was able to get everything done in a couple hours while maintaining a wonderful conversation. Excellent experience during a tough time for us and their professionalism is spot on.
