Training Programs
Our new franchisees are put through an intensive initial start up training program. This is a hands on training held at our national training center in Orange County California.
After completion of the initial training, new franchisees are qualified as a “Level One” franchise operator which allows them to start up and undertake “Level One” repair, service and install work for either of our brands.
Depending on their capacity to learn and progress, franchise owners can ultimately become a “Level Six” franchise operation which can be achieved within 36 to 60 months.
At this point, a “Level Six” GlassMogul or Prostar Doors franchise location will have the capabilities and the required trained staff on hand to be able to undertake larger, more complex and profitable Residential and Commercial projects as well as having ongoing service and facilities maintenance agreements with National Corporations.
